You Don’t Get This From WWW Dots

When one of our clients was unfortunate enough to have her luggage stolen whilst on holiday in Spain she was naturally devastated. Not only had she lost a reasonable sum of money but also jewellery that held huge sentimental value.

The claim went according to plan. She informed us, we liaised with insurers and almost straight away the money was in her bank account and a value could be agreed for the jewellery.

Here is where expertise and a high quality service comes in

The clients’ jewellery was specified on her policy when she incepted it and therefore the insurer knew the exact value of all of the items lost. Insurers could simply have paid the client and no doubt she would have remained content. We however noticed that the client had mentioned that pictures had been taken of the jewellery. Working with insurers we were able to offer the client an opportunity to have the sentimental pieces, such as her engagement ring, remade based upon the pictures supplied.

It may not have been the same as having the original items back but the client certainly preferred this to just receiving the money
