Note: some events are limited to 2,500 attendees.

Policy Cover

The policy will provide cover for Public Liability (your liability as the organiser to members of the general public who attend the event) with a minimum limit of indemnity of £2 million. The policy can also cover for:

• A higher limit of £5 million for Public Liability
• Cancellation costs up to £50,000
• Damage to property owned by you up to £50,000
• Damage to marquees up to £50,000
• Employer’s liability (where you use staff for the event)

This contract is arranged at the customer’s specific request, on a “non-advised” basis. No advice will be offered or given with regards to any aspect of this transaction.
